Friday:  We will end the week with windy conditions and clearing skies.  Look for winds to be out of the northwest between 15-30 mph for the first half of the day and falling off as we get closer to sunset.  Highs will only top out around 61°.  With clearing skies and winds dropping to around 5-10 mph, you can expect to see lows to drop into the upper 30s.
