Thursday:  A strong cold front will keep daytime highs below average with a chance of light rain through the morning.  Clouds will stick around most of the day with a brief clearing toward the afternoon or evening hours.  Daytime temperatures will be in the middle 40s with a north wind bewteen 10-15 mph with gusts near 25 for the first half of the day.  Overnight temperatures will flirt with freezing as the low drops to 31° with a light north breeze around 5-10 mph.  Friday will warm back to average with a high of 54° under partly sunny skies.
