A heat advisory will be in place for Leavenworth County and Wyandotte County Friday from noon to 7 pm. 

Friday:  Mostly cloudy skies in the morning will quickly clear to partly cloudy skies and a high temperature of 101°.  There is an chance for isolated storms throughout the day Friday, however, Friday night should be quiet and partly cloudy.  Our next good chance of rain comes Saturday morning and extends all the way into Sunday morning.  The chance of rain Saturday and Sunday morning is 40%.  Be sure to watch 6News for the very latest!
