The Washington, D.C.-based Federation for American Immigration Reform brought a lawsuit to federal court Monday on behalf of a group of plaintiffs, some of them Kansas University students who pay out-of-state tuition. The suit is a challenge to the Kansas law allowing some illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition.
