Quote: From a college meteorology professor: In meteorology, we measure with a micrometer, and cut with an ax.
Q: At what moment did you realize you wanted to become a meteorologist? And if there wasn't a specific point in time, what was the motivating factor?
A: I have always had a love for the outdoors. After changing my major in college a number of times, the one class that held my interest was the introductory meteorology class. The rest is history.
Q: When you really want to relax and let your hair down in Lawrence, where do you go and what do you do?
A: It's been a while, but I have always enjoyed hanging out at Clinton Lake or walking down Mass Street.
Q: If you couldn't be a reporter, what occupation would you want to try?
A: Respiratory Therapist
A: Which two people do you admire most? One should be someone you know. The other, someone you've never met.
Q: A friend from Montana - Molly Mills and any American President
Q: If you were stranded on a deserted island with only one song to listen to and one book to read for the duration, what would they be?
A: For the song, Jimmy Buffet's - Son of a Son of a Sailor (I am on a deserted island). My favorite book would be Ken Follet's novel "A Dangerous Fortune"
Q: If they were going to execute you tomorrow, rightly or wrongly, what would your last meal consist of?
A: Fresh Brown Trout
