It's been a little more than a year since KU installed security cameras across campus. About 40 cameras have been active since the start of last year and KU Public Safety Captain Schuyler Basiley says thy'er working well. But it's too early to tell how well. He says from August to Decebmber 2005, criminal reports were down from 49 to 28.
