Chief meteorologist
At what moment did you realize you wanted to become a journalist (videographer, meteorologist, sports reporter, etc.)? And if there wasn't a specific point in time, what was the motivating factor?
As a young child growing up, I knew I wanted to be a TV meteorologist. When I got older and began to seriously think of it as a career there was a moment when a friend had enough confidence in me to push me to pursue the field.
When you really want to relax and let your hair down in Lawrence, where do you go and what do you do?
I like to drive. I'll drive around the city with the windows down or head out onto some country road.
If you couldn't be a reporter, what occupation would you want to try?
I'd love to be a singer, but I'd have to get much better.
