Native Peoples speaker plans to speak in Washington DC

Mark Charles is the organizer of the public reading of the national apology to Native Peoples.
The group will host a public reading of the US Apology to Native people in Washington DC on December 19th.
Charles talked about what is planned and the irony behind what will happen.
The reading will take place on the 3rd anniversary of the signing of the bill.
