Eudora celebrates the 4th of July
Eudora- From American songs like Charleston, to Rhapsody in Blue, people in Eudora who attended today’s ‘Picnic in the Park’ enjoyed a special holiday treat. The director of the Eudora United Methodist Church in Eudora, Mike Boring, serenaded the crowd through American themed songs.
“I very intentionally geared it for the fourth of July so it's patriotic music but not just standard patriotic songs about America, but I have music about Tennessee, California and New York.”
Boring played 35 sons from 1770 to 1984 while listeners enjoyed lunch.
