Topeka — Kansas University will take a victory lap around the Capitol on Friday.
Representatives from the national championship basketball team and debate team and Orange Bowl champion football team will have a photo opportunity with Gov. Kathleen Sebelius.
Plans also are under way for the teams to visit the House and Senate chambers that day.
