In the division one men's race, Colorado State's Phil Mann took top honors. Mann is a 2002 graduate of Shawnee Mission East. A caller claims to be a Medicare representative from your area Medicare office. The caller reports that all Medicare beneficiaries will receive $200 or $150 per month to pay for prescription drugs, and the beneficiary will receive a new Medicare card showing proof of the new benefits.

That's the basic dynamic jurors are watching unfold by video this morning on the third day of trial for a man charged with setting the deadly 2005 fire at Lawrence's Boardwalk Apartments.
