A winter weather closing has been announced.

• First United Methodist Church, 946 Vt. and 867 West U.S. Highway 40, all evening activities canceled.

• First Southern Baptist Church, 4300 W. Sixth St., all evening activities canceled.

• Small World International School said it would not be open Thursday.
