A string of tragedies brings the Douglas County community together in mourning and in coping. There have been ten deaths in the county in just ten days. The most recent comes after area law enforcement officers try to service a warrant. 40-year-old Leonard Ray Collins was wanted on a five-count felony warrant out of Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.
