A two-car accident this morning on Highway 59, south of Lawrence, sends one man to the hospital by emergency helicopter. 21-year-old Matthew Manning of Ottawa was traveling south on Highway 59 near the Zarco gas station and drifted into the oncoming lane of traffic.
