Lawrence police are investigating who's at fault after a man is killed riding his motorcycle in northern Lawrence. Lawrence say 27-year-old Ryan Simecka of Lawrence was killed yesterday when his motorcycle collided with a car backing out of a driveway off of Michigan Street.
