It kills one to two Kansans each day. Now a new report released today by the U.S. attorney general shows the only way to protect non-smokers from secondhand smoke is a smoke-free environment. The report has the attention of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and it could lead to a state-wide smoking ban.
