838 Louisiana house fire
A fire heavily damaged an apartment house at 838 Louisiana early Sunday morning.
Resident Virginia Tomich said she saw smoke around 3 a.m. Sunday and alerted other tenants.
Firefighters with Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical remain on the scene. They have reported no injuries from the blaze to emergency dispatchers.
