A man arrested in connection with a purse-snatching yesterday afternoon may be tied to a series of crimes in Lawrence and Eudora. Officers arrested 33-year-old Vernon Folks Thursday afternoon. He's accused of shoving a woman at Therapy Works and then stealing her purse.a
