Local residents and Leavenworth County leaders are relieved today after a ruling from the Kansas Supreme Court that will keep a sex offender out of the area. Today's Supreme Court ruling prevents repeat sex offender Leroy Hendricks from moving into a group home in soutwest Leavenworth County.
