Controversy continues to tower over the Lawrence School Board's Monday night meeting. First, it was a dispute between board members over whether to include a $37,000 tower in the renovation of Lawrence High School's east gym entrance. Now, its allegations from an elementary school teacher who says she was verbally attacked by school board president Leonard Ortiz because she disagreed with him.
