A Kansas Supreme Court Justice being investigated for possible ethics violations could face impeachment. Officials say Justice Lawton Nuss had improper communications with lawmakers, allegedly about how the Legislature plans to fund public school next year. Conversation happened with Justice Nuss and two senators over lunch two months ago.
