A settlement agreement between the city of Lawrence and Wal-Mart gets approval in court Monday. Judge Michael Malone signed the agreement Monday morning in District Court. Announced Friday, the settlement gives the city six months to approve a $100,000 square foot Wal-Mart store at the corner of Sixth and Wakarusa.
