'After Cancer' support group begins sessions

"After Cancer," a 12-week support group, will hold its first session from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Midland Hospice Care, 1008 New Hampshire in Lawrence.

"After Cancer" is designed to be a confidential forum for people to discuss their experiences and process emotions in a safe, supportive environment. The session will be facilitated by Judith Dutton, a psychotherapist and breast cancer survivor, and psychologist Keith Floyd.

The fee for the 12-week group is $720.00. Space is limited to 10 participants. For more information, contact Dutton, 331-2600, or Floyd, 766-5147.
