A judge issued a gag order in the case of the man charged with setting a deadly fire at the Boardwalk Apartments. Judge Jack Murphy has ordered that police, prosecutors and anyone else with inside information about the case, not talk publicly about the case because of concerns of giving Jason Allen Rose a fair trial.
