Pull out your ice scraper and put on some gloves. Temperatures were in the teens this morning, helping to create frosty windshields.
"You do want to bundle up," said Jennifer Schack, 6News meteorologist.
At 7:15 a.m., Lawrence's temperature was 19 degrees, the humidity was 88 percent and winds were from the west at 3 mph, making the wind chill 14 degrees. Skies were clear.
"We do have sunshine in your forecast on the way out this morning," Schack said.
Clouds will increase through the afternoon. But the temperature will rise to a high of 44 degrees, with southeast winds 5 to 15 mph, she said. The average high for this date is 46 degrees and the average low is 27.
Schack said we could see a few snow flurries tonight, but not enough for any accumulation.
"For us, maybe a few flakes as the clouds thicken up tonight," she said.
Thursday's early morning low will be 24 degrees, with Thursday's high temperature reaching 38 degrees.
Friday will see an increase in clouds, with the morning low at 23 degrees and the afternoon high climbing to 42 degrees.
