Kathy Wagner, a West Junior High School math teacher, had no idea this morning she would be the recipient of this year's "Bobs Award," which is given out annually to outstanding educators by the Lawrence Schools Foundation.
Wagner, who is in her 22nd year of teaching at West, was surprised with the award this morning at an assembly at the school.
