Neighbors, who live near Carmin D. Ross' house, were questioned about what they saw on the day she was killed. Also, a Manhattan attorney, who Thomas E. Murray had contacted about a child-custody battle with his ex-wife, testified Thursday that she told Murray he would win if the dispute progressed to court.
