Emergency crews are on the scene of a reported gas line rupture about 10 miles south of Lawrence. According to Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline representatives, a pipeline ruptured around 8:30 p.m. just northeast of Baldwin City. 6News has a crew on the scene and they say the sheriff's department evacuated the area and set up a perimeter around the scene to keep people away.
