The trial is set to begin Tuesday afternoon. On Monday, a pool of 45 potential jurors were whittled down for reasons ranging from personal reasons or already forming opinions about Martin Miller's guilt. Judge Paula Martin has also ruled that Miller's pastor, Rev. Leo Barbee, will not be allowed to testify.
