The Jayhawks knocked off the Cougars, 42-13, Friday in the Fort Worth Bowl. Kansas improves to 7-5 in the season thanks to the arm of quarterback Jason Swanson. Swanson, who nabbed the Fort Worth Bowl MVP award, completed 19 of 29 passes for 307 yards including four touchdowns.
