Oread residents blame late-night partier for death of cat

After four months of living on 10th and Indiana Streets, Oread residents Deborah Martin and Kevin Roe are ready to move out of the neighborhood. Not only has the couple been dealing with loud parties, thieves and reckless driving. But on Sunday, a late-night partier ran over and killed their 10-year-old cat.
