After reviewing Carmin Ross' autopsy, Douglas County District Judge Robert Fairchild lowered Thomas E. Murray's bond to $750,000 from $1 million. As a condition of the bond, Murray will not be allowed to have contact with his and Ross' 5-year-old daughter.
