Remembering Brown vs. the Topeka Board of Education

Fifty years ago, the landmark case ended segregation in Topeka. Thirteen families were chosen to challenge the segregation laws. By the time the case was heard before the U.S. Supreme Court, there were more than 200 plaintiffs from five states.
