Second thoughts on smoking ban

One city commissioner may be having second thoughts about attempting to send the city-wide smoking ban to a public vote. Comissioner Boog Highberger says the meeting might have gone too fast. With a packed meeting, meaning the agenda and crowd, the issue may not have gotten the discussion it warranted. While the merits of the issue were discussed, the pros and cons were not. If the smoking ban does not go to a public vote, Highberger would reluctantly support the ordinance.
